The Mosaic: Last Call
This is a documentary I created in commemoration for the closing of The Mosaic Piano Bar, one of Milwaukee’s most unique and eclectic bars. It was a favorite haunt of many.
The Road Not Taken
This is my visual interpretation of Robert Frost’s Poem “The Road Not Taken”. The poem has always held a special place in my heart and has meant so many different things to me. I had wanted to create this piece for quite some time using a variety of charcoal and pastel drawings composited together using Photoshop and FinalCut Pro.
Figure Study
I have always loved ballet. The way the dancers portray emotions has always moved me. This is a figure study, animated in a William Kentridge style, using charcoal and one piece of paper and after capturing the image you want, you erase the current picture and draw the next frame. But, because charcoal was used there is an echo of the previous picture.
Anything Goes
This was a film created when my best friend, my sister, and I were sitting in my room bored one stormy evening. Bizarre things ensued.
